“Dungeon Rave” — Kara Konchar’s debut album — is a grotesque descent into peripheral club music. With a macabre-like atmosphere yet physically compelling, it draws from influences rooted as much on the dark corners of industrial music as on the rave scene, from the rhythms of UK Bass to the straightforward harshness of EBM. Proper dungeon music, it's a celebration of decadence and an homage to the contemporary heretics fascinated by death and debauchery.
